Amit, a committed and knowledgeable professional, is the Principal Solicitor of Kailash Lawyers. After earning a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Computer Science in India, Amit worked as a Computer Engineer in New Delhi and the UK. During this period, Amit realized that his ambition was to pursue a career in the legal industry with the hopes and aspirations of one day starting up his own law firm. To achieve this, Amit pursued his law degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.

After the completion of his Juris Doctor (JD) qualification, Amit began working as a Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent for various reputed law firms within the suburbs of Sydney. He then worked with several multi-national corporations where his role was to provide immigration services for overseas skilled employees and where he also undertook legal compliance work.

Amit’s diverse educational qualifications and work experience were the catalyst for establishing Kailash Lawyers and Consultants. Amit utilized the skills and knowledge which he had acquired over the years to start his own law firm. Since the establishment of Kailash Lawyers, Amit and his staff provide a range of personalized legal services in the Western Sydney region to the non-resident Indian community.

Outside of his commitments with Kailash Lawyers, Amit has also volunteered extensively within the local community by assisting those in a less fortunate position and thus making a difference.

Adriana brings a unique blend of international legal experience and academic excellence to Kailash Lawyers and Consultants. Holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from India, Adriana practiced as a lawyer for three years, gaining valuable experience across diverse jurisdictions including the High Court of Bombay, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the City Civil Court. Notably, Adriana graduated as a gold medallist from Goa University, achieving a record-breaking highest score in the BALLB program.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Adriana has completed Master of Laws from Western Sydney University and is now pursuing a legal career in Australia, specializing in finance and tax laws. Demonstrating a strong commitment to community service, Adriana is actively managing and coordinating the newly established pro bono clinic at Kailash Lawyers and Consultants, dedicated to providing accessible legal assistance to individuals facing financial and cultural barriers.

Known for a warm and approachable personality, Adriana possesses a genuine enthusiasm for both legal practice and academia. Beyond the legal realm, Adriana is a voracious reader and enjoys trekking, swimming, travel, and adventure, reflecting a well-rounded and dynamic individual.

Laxmi Born and raised in Madurai, and having gained practical legal experience in the courts of Chennai , Laxmi is now undertaking a combined Masters of Laws (International Commercial and Business Law) and MBA at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).She holds a Bachelors degree from the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai and has worked as an associate lawyer in India, with an active enrolment under the Bar Council of India.

She has worked on matters before the High Court of Judicature at Madras, City Civil Courts, National Green Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) , gaining exposure to litigation across diverse legal forums.

She is committed to learning and growing in the field of law and aims to apply her skills effectively while continually expanding her knowledge and practical  experience.Laxmi is also a Veena player, a music enthusiast and loves spending time at the beach.
